Add an appropriate amount of flour, 1 egg white, half a tablespoon of salt, half a tablespoon of cooking wine, a little water, a little oyster sauce, a little black pepper, a little oil, stir well and continue stirring for about 2 minutes, it will not disperse in the pan!

Put more oil in the pot and heat it up. Put the chopsticks in and there will be dense oil bubbles. You can put the radish meatballs. Use the tiger’s mouth to squeeze the meatballs with your left hand, and put the meatballs into the pot with a spoon in your right hand.

Fry until golden on both sides and remove from oil

It’s also delicious to eat directly. I made roasted meatballs with green vegetables at noon. My baby even ate several of them, and they all said they were delicious. The taste was really good.
